Q14 How heavy is your period?

My bleeding is normal or on the lighter side.

My period seems normal. I can change a pad or tampon every 4 hours or so without leaks.

I bleed heavily and pass some clots, but can usually manage with just one heavy pad or tampon without bleeding through quickly.

I bleed very heavily with lots of clots. I have to double up on feminine hygiene products.
